The Cleveland Chapter was established in 1997 and became an entire fledge chapter with the 100 Network. Due to the call to action voiced during a critical period in Cleveland a few Black men, concerned about the future of the youth in their community, came together and decided that it was their responsibility to step up and make a difference. Following the model of 100 Black Men of America, Inc., they established the Greater Cleveland chapter as a member of the national organization.
